We will always put both your safety & the safety of our staff first. As with all activity participation sports, there is always a small degree of risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are both fit & capable to shoot. This includes things like, bringing your glasses with you if you require them for short sightedness, wearing the safety glasses & hearing protection provided. Not drinking Alcohol or having taken drugs that may impair you coordination or decision making processes prior to shooting. Please ensure that you follow the safety instructions given to you by our instructors & referees at once. Please make the gun safe as you have been taught, before discussing a request, safe guns do not cause accidents. Persons failing to respect instructor’s requests or acting in a dangerous manner will be stopped from further shooting & no refund will be offered.
- The payment is only refundable as laid out in our cancelation policy.
- A refund will not be given if a participant does not take part in the shooting due to non-arrival, late arrival or being under the influence of alcohol / drugs. ClayShootingTrainer.com may consider other reasons.
- Times for clay shooting sessions are fixed – you will need to arrive ten minutes before your allocated start time. If one or more members of the group are late it may not be possible to incorporate them into the group after instruction has started.
- No one suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed to shoot.
- ClayShootingTrainer.com is not liable to any losses or damage to clothing, footwear or personal effects.
- It is the responsibility of any participant to inform the instructor if they have any illness, disability or injury.
- ClayShootingTrainer.com will not cancel a clay shooting session due to poor weather, unless there are extreme circumstances. ClayShootingTrainer.com will attempt to contact all attendees provided that we have the correct contact details.
- Please note we are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data which you have entered incorrectly.
Bookings will be deemed to be confirmed only once payment has been received in full.Once payment has been received and the booking confirmed, we will dispatch booking confirmation within 48hrs.Time is of the essence in relation to payment dates and if you fail to comply with a payment date, ClayShootingTrainer.com will be entitled to cancel this agreement.
The rights of ClayShootingTrainer.com under this clause are cumulative and not alternative and any waiver by ClayShootingTrainer.com of any of its rights will be without prejudice to any other rights under this agreement.
- (a) Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your event booking, we must receive notification in writing (letter, fax or e-mail)* and cancellation will be effective on the working day on which we receive written notice of cancellation (‘Cancellation Date’). Any notice of cancellation received out of hours (9am-5pm) will be deemed made on the next working day. We will retain 10% to cover administrative expenses and a cancellation fee based on a percentage of the total amount payable will be charged according to the number of clear days (not counting the Cancellation Date and the day of the event) between the Cancellation Date and the date of the event as follows:

- The balance will be returned to you via the same method used for payment, unless we are notified otherwise in writing.
- (b) Cancellation by Us
We will not normally cancel any event within 8 weeks of the event date except in circumstances beyond our control as specified below:
(i) Cancellation due to reasons amounting to force majeure which includes (but is not limited to) war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport and changes of schedule or operational decisions of any transport carrier. Nor can we be held responsible for the cancellation of a sporting event.(ii) You failing to pay your invoice in full by the due date for payment as per our payment policy above.Alterations made to the Scheduled Programme or Event
We continually review our programme to ensure we are providing high quality and relevant events. Consequently, the programme content, as described in the event brochure or website, may change from time to time. We therefore reserve the right to change or cancel any part of the published programme.
Any changes will be discussed in full with you in advance of the event taking place.
Where activities are scheduled to take place outdoors, in the event of bad weather, we will endeavour to make appropriate, alternative arrangements. As a result, the schedule may change from that published.
In the unlikely event we are forced to change or cancel the published event date completely, the company’s liability will be limited to a transfer to the next appropriate date or a refund in full of the fee paid at the date of cancellation. We regret that we are unable to make a refund for non-attendance on the day. Equally, we will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by the cancellation of the event resulting from government action, strike, civil commotion, national disaster or other force majeure event as described above.
Should a named instructor or host be unable to attend one of the events, we will make every effort to make a suitable replacement. However, we are not responsible for their non-attendance. Where possible, we will notify you of any such changes in advance.

The event booking fee covers the services referred to above. Travel costs (unless stated) are not included in the event booking fee.
All prices are correct at the time of printing but we reserve the right to change the price of an event without notice. You will be notified of any price change when booking.
ClayShootingTrainer.com neither owns, manages or controls the accommodation that it uses and it is possible that ClayShootingTrainer.com may be advised that our reserved accommodation is not available when you arrive at your destination. In this unlikely event, ClayShootingTrainer.com will endeavour to secure accommodation of at least the same standard as that booked. If only accommodation of a lesser standard is available, ClayShootingTrainer.com will refund the difference between the prices of the accommodation booked and that received and will pay £25.00 per person for inconvenience caused.
We do not accept liability for the personal injury, or the death of any participant however caused. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any property belonging to, or travelling with, a participant.
ClayShootingTrainer.com will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, consequential or economic losses or loss of profits howsoever arising.
In no event will ClayShootingTrainer.com liability for any loss or damage in contract or tort (including negligence) or howsoever otherwise arising, exceed the total amount paid by you for the event.
ClayShootingTrainer.com will not be liable for any breach of the terms and conditions or delay or failure in providing services as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) any event of force majeure as described above or the inability to obtain any necessary information or consent from any authority.
It is your responsibility to ensure that, where necessary, passports, visas, vaccination certificates and other necessary documents are in order.
It is your responsibility to arrange adequate insurance cover for travel and cancellation at the time of booking.
ClayShootingTrainer.com will not be responsible for booking flights or other air or sea carriage to any event. It is therefore your responsibility to arrange such travel arrangements to ensure that you and your team arrive at the event venue in time for the itinerary set out for each event. When you travel with an air or sea carrier the conditions of carriage of that carrier will apply, some of which may exclude liability. Air travel is also subject to operational decisions of air carriers and airports which may result in delays or result in aircraft being diverted. ClayShootingTrainer.com has no control over such decisions or delays.
It is your responsibility to advise ClayShootingTrainer.com of any medical condition of any member of your team which may affect your or their ability to enjoy or pursue fully the arrangements booked. ClayShootingTrainer.com will not be held liable for any claims from loss of enjoyment, curtailment etc, where we are not made aware of any such condition at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to ensure that special requests are fulfilled, they cannot be guaranteed and will not form a condition of booking.
Venues and Suppliers
We are not liable for any omissions or actions of persons not employed by ClayShootingTrainer.com Equally, whilst we are careful to choose our suppliers, we cannot guarantee their safety standards.
Provision of Equipment
Shotguns will not be provided unless specifically requested. Participants will therefore be required to bring their own shotguns which are brought at their own risk.
We welcome the participation of disabled participants at our events. We recognise that certain activities may present difficulties to those with disabilities and so please notify us of any relevant disability at the time of booking, so that we can do our best to meet the participant’s particular needs. On request, we would be delighted to provide information about disabled facilities at the chosen venue.
At ClayShootingTrainer.com, we are committed to making your event a complete success. If you have any problems or complaints, please bring it to our attention immediately, so that we can work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Information provided to us at the time of booking is held in a database and is used to communicate details of future events to you. We do not make the information contained in the database available to any other organisation outside ClayShootingTrainer.com.
Others Bits & Pieces
- Every effort is made to ensure mechanical reliability. In the unlikely event of breakdown another time slot may be offered at the instructor’s discretion.
- In the case of intentional damage to property, ClayShootingTrainer.com will pursue those responsible for compensation.
- ClayShootingTrainer.com Ltd. is not liable for any losses or damage to clothing, footwear or personal effects.
- All participants 17years and under must have a signed parent / guardian consent form.
All shooting will be outside and suitable clothing should be worn.
- Trainers, shoes and walking boots are ideal.
- A waterproof jacket is advisable if rain is forecast.
- Hearing protection and eye protection will be provided.
